Im having some issues with the marquee control, as soon as I put it in a project I want to use it in, I get the following runtime error: InvalidOperationException - _brushTransform name cannot be found in the name scope of System.Windows.Shapes.Rectangle.Any ideas?

TSC is not processing most EB3 I485. This is not supposed to be revealed publicly. It is wrong, so that's why I'm speaking out.

The following is an article I read and want to share with fellow GC seekers. This clearly indicates that there is a real big need for Tech workers in US and companies are finding difficult to fill the vacancies.

Hi,
I applied on July2nd, I got the receipts on september7th and FP for oct23rd but no EAD yet! I have seen most of them get EAD but no FP, Does it matter which comes first should I wait sometime after FP for EAD?

Last time I have showed one copy. They have asked for the second one which I did not take with me.
The POE officer said that USCIS normally sends two copies one for the applicant and one for POE to retain as a proof of entry.
They also said it is ok if we don't take the second one with us.
They just took a copy of the first one and kept it for their records.

AILA: Has the issue been resolved as to how to complete item 10 on Form ETA 750B? As discussed, the item asks for either 10a or 10b to be completed, whichever is appropriate, not both. Please note that Consulate location has not been a required entry since 1990. The reason the question existed was that under the pre-1990 preference system, one could process under a non-preference category with an approved labor certification and no I-140 petition so the question was necessary on the ETA 750. Since 1990, the item should have been marked "N/A". Therefore, we suggest that the item is no longer relevant.

Yes it seems USCIS is also asking the public to help improve its website. It has posted a link on its homepage "Help improve uscis.gov" which was supposed to take you to another page. Unfortunately that link is broken as of now. If you click on it, it takes you to a blank page.

A thought about meeting the Senators/Congressmen.
Should we not meet the new senators and congressmen now, BEFORE they actually join office? I have a feeling that once they take office, they will become too busy with day to day stuff and immigration will DEFINITELY become a back-burner issue.
Is it possible to meet the new people moving in after January, now instead of after they take office?
Pls join your PA state chapter first in order to execute the action items. Meeting the lawmakers is one of the action items in the list. we cannot undertake such efforts without enough members in state chapters. pls also urge others you know from your state to join the chapter and get active.
