Beyonce Knowles - boating in st barts w/ Jay Z

Beyonce & Jay-Z were keeping busy celebrating the holiday in St Barts on Tuesday December 30rd, 2008. Both of them were continuing on with their Caribbean fun.

Beyonce Knowles and her hubby Jay Z ventured out on a yacht to catch some rays, with she riding a jet ski while Jay took pictures of his lady in action.

Meanwhile, Beyonce explained in a recent interview with Elle magazine.

Knowles said “I grew up upper-class,”“Private school, My dad had a Jaguar. We’re African-American and we work together as a family, so people assume we’re like the Jacksons. But I didn’t have parents using me to get out of a bad situation.”
